Stevens Creek Farm is a family run business. All four family members contribute at different levels of participation. Teddie works full time teaching, training and running the everyday business and horse shows. Andy is the weekend handy man when he is not working downtown, Moira is the assistant coach and resident trainer while also attending Carleton University and Austin is famous for his announcing at our annual Horse Trial when he is not pursuing graduate studies in physics at Queens and UBC.

At Stevens Creek our priority is your horse's health and mental well being. We prioritize grass turn out for gut health and use rotational grazing practices and manure removal in our paddock management. More rare as the city expands we offer excellent outdoor riding opportunities with fields and trails to promote horse health as part of our training and conditioning program. In between lessons we encourage our clients to make use of these facilities.

At Stevens Creek the health and welfare of the horses is our priority. We work hard to respond quickly to the changing needs of your equine partner.  Most board arrangements include riding lessons or training but we also offer lay-up board with top quality care and conditioning for animals coming back from injury. We also believe in full disclosure and being upfront about costs so we are not afraid to post our board rates.
